Rosemary Feenan is Executive Vice President, Global Research at QuadReal Property Group. Rosemary joined QuadReal in May 2018. 

Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, QuadReal Property Group is a global real estate investment, operating and development company with a portfolio of over $73.8 billion in assets under management. Her role focuses on strategic research and analysis in support of QuadReal’s international investment objectives.

Prior to QuadReal Rosemary was the Director of Global Research Programmes at JLL, concentrating on urbanisation, changes in city competitiveness and the impact of technology on real estate.  She previously held a Board position at Chesterton International and a senior position at CACI Limited.  In her early career she worked as a town planner and as a retail analyst.

Rosemary is a trustee of ULI, a Fellow of the Society of Property Researchers and was formerly a member of the World Economic Forum’s Regional Futures Council.
